Finland… Well, it is not Funland 🙂 At some instant people call it Funland but actually it is a Finland. It is located in the Northern part of Europe tucked in nicely between Sweden on its West and Russia on the East. Maybe people call it Funland because who knows they had a lot of fun their :p but no doubt the incredible scenery, unspoiled nature and a relatively liberal, modern political system are all positive attributes of Finland. I personally have a list of places to visit in Finland.

Places To Visit In Finland- Travel With Me 😎
This is still not a huge urban area. It is the third-largest city in Finland. It is from one of the best places to visit in Finland. It is located between the two colossal lakes of Pyhajarvi and Nasijarvi.
These both places offer you an endless opportunity for boat cruising, hiking and cross-country skiing by winter, in short, a hell of fun. When I visited there, I enjoyed the boat cruising and skiing, and believe me it was of hell fun 🏄. If you are up for the hiking there, you must be selective for choosing the Hiking Shoes, It will help you enjoy your trip and you will feel comfortable.
This city is filled with tea houses, heavy metal dives, and black blood sausage holes-in-the-wall. It feels more like a collection of neighborhoods than a major metropolis. On the edge of downtown, the popular Sarkanniemi Adventure Park has a lot of things like an aquarium, a planetarium, a children’s zoo, an art museum and an observation tower with great views of the forests and lakes. Must say you will never feel tired while visiting this place.
Finland is a nature lover’s dream destination and so is mine 😉. If you want to explore nature, then explore Finland, I am damn sure you won’t regret it. Levi is located in Finnish Lapland. It is also known as Finland’s largest ski centers and one of the places to visit in Finland. It has 48 slopes mostly for beginners and intermediates, but also including 4 very difficult black slopes whooo hoooo 😀
There are different opportunities for more unusual activities such as reindeer safaris, ice fishing expeditions and relaxing in large outdoor saunas, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, and dog sledding. The nightlife in this city is also so much enjoyable and interesting, so don’t leave until you have explored the bars, lounges, and clubs in Central Levi.
The sea always attract the people, I mean people are always ready to travel on a boat, they enjoy this stuff a lot. With no doubt, the sea is the main character of this town, and most of the activities that people arrange will take place around it.
The connection to Kemi is comfortable. There are direct flights between Helsinki and Kemi, and there is also a railway connection. I have a great time on the flight too as it was comfortable. Some places have some unique or interesting things through which they become famous and “pulp mills” has made the Kemi very famous.
Winter time is here and it can serve as the venue for weddings and live musical performances. There are a lot of Finland points of interest in the winter. However, the castle is built yearly. Guests can even stay overnight in the snow hotel.
This city also has an awesome and sizzling nightlife scene. I enjoyed there a lot. It is definitely one of the Places to visit in Finland. You must visit it for once and I am sure you will not regret your decision. In addition, Kemi is also famous because of its location of the iconic snow castle.
It is a charming historic destination worth a visit on your next trip to Finland. The varied nature of the area of Savonlinna shows the beauty and gracefulness of Finland’s Lakeland.
Savonlinna is at the center of Lake Saimaa’s waterways, connected by boat to many of eastern Finland’s towns. Lake Saimaa is never far away because Savolinna itself is built on islands.
Summer is the best time to visit this place because there are a lot of things to do in Finland in the summer. Its sightseeing cruises and boat tours are a fantastic way to get out onto the water and discover Saimaa’s charms.

You can say that Rovaniemi is the ideal destination whatever your reason for traveling. You can enjoy a beautiful and relaxing riverboat cruise on Rovaniemi’s two large rivers during the summer. Two rivers that flow through the city landscapes to the reindeer farm, or cruise under the midnight sun.
I also visited the Porvoo and it was fantastic. Lovely red shore houses are Porvoo’s most attractive and well-known symbol of Finland. They were once used to store merchandise and exotic delicacies from distant lands. Porvoo is not a coastal town but it is connected to the Gulf of Finland by Porvoonjoki, which flows through the city.

The Lemmenjoki National Park is the largest park in Finland. It is situated in northern Lapland. Here, you will find a lot of stuff here to see. It is basically a prime hiking territory. You will see here the wild rivers, rough landscapes, and the mystique of gold. This is surely one of the Finland points of interest.

So, this place was new to me. I agree one of the best places to visit in Finland. A lot of islands to explore because it has nearly 300 habitable islands, with 80 of them inhabited.
